Raleigh County Escapee Turns Himself In
WEST VIRGINIA....
Twenty-eight year old Christopher Stover of Bolt, who escaped the Raleigh County Magistrate’s office on Thursday, turned himself in this weekend and was arraigned Sunday. Stover, who was charged with 10 felony counts of credit card fraud. now faces an additional charge of felony escape. He is being held at the Southern Regional Jail on $250,000 bond.
