EKB Capsule News...West Virginia...1-31-'11
- West Virginia University student Robert Brunswick was taken into custody Saturday evening after state police say he stabbed someone in an argument over prescription pills. He's charged with malicious assault and possession with intent to distribute. His brother, William Brunswick, was also arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute.
- State Police started a massive manhunt after they say they believe 35 year old Chad Neil Williams shot a victim Sunday at a home in the Godby Heights area of Logan County, sending him to CAMC General Hospital in critical condition.
- Police are investigating after Brandon Flack, Jasmen Montgomery and a 17-year old boy are charged with roles in fatally shooting a 17-year-old Mercer County boy during exchanged gunfire at a home in Bluefield early Saturday morning. Jasmen Montgomery of Pulaski, Virginia was charged with murder.
