Chinese Delivery Driver Shot
WEST VIRGINIA....
Police responded to a shots fired call Friday evening at an apartment on Main Avenue in Nitro where they found Min Lin had been shot in the back of the head while delivering Chinese food from the Golden Wok to someone in another building of the apartment complex. Arthur Jackson Byrd III told police he went outside and shot Ms. Lin with a 12-gauge shotgun. Byrd was arrested and charged with malicious wounding. Lin was not severely hurt and refused medical transportation, despite bleeding from the head.# posted by Homer Owens @ 8:26 PM
