Through January 9th, blood donors at the American Red Cross are entered in a daily drawing for a $500 gift certificate of their choice from www.giftcertificates.com.

Those eligible to donate must be in good general health, weigh at least 110 pounds and be at least 17 years old with appropriate identification.
