KSP Investigating Inmate Death
KENTUCKY....Kentucky State Police are investigating after a a western Kentucky jail inmate who was found unresponsive. Police say 21 year old Desmond Dunlow of La Center in Ballard County was taken by ambulance to a Paducah hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 3:00 A.M. CST Thursday.
