Traffic Stop Leads To Arrest
WEST VIRGINIA....A traffic stop near the Dunbar exit on Interstate 64 Thursday resulted in the arrest of 25 year old Eric Kelly Simmons of Handley after a small baggie of marijuana was found laying in a cup holder, and another large bag of marijuana containing 400 grams, almost one pound, with a street value of about $4,000 was found. Sheriff's Deputies also seized more than $800 from Simmons, who was placed on a $25,000 cash-only bond.
