Bond Reduction Denied

Tuesday, Walter Hudnall was in court seeking a bond reduction after being accused of starving his mother to death. Hudnall's mother, 86 year old Helen Hudnall, was emaciated, had bone fractures and bed sores infested with maggots when she died in March. Hudnall was indicted on charges of first degree murder, abuse of an incapacitated adult and neglect of an incapacitated adult. He was only her only caregiver, but his attorney says Hudnall wasn't able to care for her and in fact isn't even able to care for himself. The request was denied.
