Virginia Fugitive Captured In West Virginia
WEST VIRGINIA....
A Virginia fugitive has been captured in West Virginia. Raleigh County authorities say they've arrested a man charged with first-degree murder in Virginia. Twenty-four year old Ricco Devin of Roanoke was arrested late Friday night after officers found him at the Patriot Inn Motel in Beaver. Authorities say Devin fatally shot a Virginia man on Friday following an argument over Devin's girlfriend who was found at the motel with Devin. Police also found a possible murder weapon in the room and are sending it to Virginia. As of Sunday, Devin was being held without bail at the Southern Regional Jail in Beaver awaiting an extradition hearing.
