Two Arrested In Kanawha County

WEST VIRGINIA....
Two Kanawha County men were arrested Monday after detectives with the undercover Metro Drug Enforcement Unit found one of them with heroin and the other with a concealed weapon. Detectives found Bryan Sirbaugh, 37, of Kanawha City, in a room at the Holiday Inn Charleston House, along with six individually wrapped packages of suspected heroin inside an empty pizza box. During the investigation, Michael Douglas Bays, 26, of Cross Lanes, knocked on the hotel room door, and detectives were granted permission to search his book bag, where they found a loaded .25-caliber handgun. Sirbaugh faces felony possession with intent to deliver heroin charges and is on a $105,000 cash-only bond. Bays faces misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon charges and is on a $250,000 surety bond.
