Manchin To Hold Press Conference
WEST VIRGINIA....
Governor Joe Manchin has scheduled a 9:00 A.M. press conference for Wednesday morning which will be attended by various representatives from the coal-mining industry. Manchin will discuss the coal mine permitting process in West Virginia and is expected to announce a long-anticipated lawsuit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency over the Obama administration's crackdown on mountaintop removal coal mining.
