Man Faces Civil Rights Violation Charge
WEST VIRGINIA....
Fifty-seven year old Mark Alan Gagnon of Martinsburg was arrested Saturday and charged with committing a civil rights violation, indecent exposure and public intoxication. Gagnon is accused of approaching six black women who were having a bake sale and telling them he hated black people. Police say he swung his fist toward one woman and exposed himself. He was taken to the Eastern Regional Jail and placed on a $10,600 bond.
