Man Convicted Of Voluntary Manslaughter
WEST VIRGINIA....
Lee Henley Jr. was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter in a Mercer County courtroom Friday. The 33 year old was convicted of shooting and killing Johnny Midkiff in Lashmeet in February. Police say Henley admitted to shooting Midkiff in the face near a grocery store on Route 10.
