Letcher County Man Convicted
KENTUCKY....
A Letcher County jury returned a guilty verdict Monday in the case against Jeffrey Allen, convicting him of the murder of his two year-old foster child, Dakota Yonts who died in 2003. Allen was convicted in 2006, but a retrial was ordered in 2009. The jury recommended he spend life in prison.
