Jackson County Murder Going To Grand Jury
WEST VIRGINIA....
A Jackson County magistrate said Monday there's enough evidence against Ronald Carl Davis to send his case to the grand jury. Davis is accused of murdering his girlfriend, 52 year old Cathy Lynn Parsons who was found inside her burned out trailer September 24th. A magistrate heard testimony during a preliminary hearing Monday in Ripley and decided to forward the case. Davis had been released from prison August 24th after serving nine years in the murder of his brother.
