Inmate Faces Additional Charges

Kanawha County officials at the South Central Regional Jail say Roy Anthony Harvey, 32, of Cabin Creek, was playing cards with inmate Telly Larry at the jail on September 13th when Harvey allegedly began taunting and punching him. Larry eventually decided he had to fight back, and was getting the better of Harvey when Harvey allegedly bit off the tip of Larry's nose. Larry was treated at Thomas Memorial Hospital and requires plastic surgery to repair the damage. Harvey is charged with malicious wounding.
