Alleged Arsonist Arrested
WEST VIRGINIA....
James Edward Smith, 45, of Institute, is charged with eight counts of breaking and entering and one count of arson in relation to a fire that destroyed the Shawnee Park pro shop. The breaking-and-entering charges are all related to break-ins at the pro shop between April and September.
