West Virginia State Police Investigate Mall Shooting
WEST VIRGINIA....
According to eyewitnesses, around 1:00 P.M. Saturday, 19 year old Ryan Williams and two other males were in an argument with a black male inside the Mercer Mall when the black man started to fire a weapon. A bullet narrowly missed Williams, leaving bullet holes on his shirt. West Virginia State Police are continuing to investigate the situation.
