West Virginia Senator Looks At State Workers' Health Care

WEST VIRGINIA....
Kanawha County State Senator Brooks McCabe says a lot of people are not going to like the different steps West Virginia could take to address the estimated $8 billion that will have to be paid for health care benefits for future retired state workers. Benefit cuts and tax increases are among the many options now on the table. McCabe says it could be as much as $50 million a year until a way is figured out to gain control of the situation, but doing nothing is not an option.
