Statewide Program To Insure West Virginia Children

WEST VIRGINIA....
A statewide program was announced Friday as an effort to provide insurance for uninsured West Virginia children. Officials estimate nearly 10,000 - 16,000 children participating in sports across the state are eligible for coverage through the West Virginia Children's Health Insurance Program, or Medicaid enrollment. Children 18 years old old or younger, who do not have health insurance, are eligible to qualify through the website wvinroads.org.
