Relay for Life Attracts Hundreds

The annual Ohio County Relay for Life kicked off Friday night in Wheeling Park and concluded at 7:00 A.M. Saturday morning, raising $71,102.05 to help those diagnosed with cancer. More than 200 survivors were honored along with those who have passed on from cancer. This year, the event attracted 22 more teams. For the cancer survivors, this event is a reminder of how winning the fight against cancer is the most important thing of all. It does not matter how old or young you are, cancer affects us all.
