Pike County Man Pleads Guilty To Murder
KENTUCKY....
Police say 49 year old David Joe Ratliff fatally shot his niece, 30 year old Rachel Ratliff, in the face during an argument in January at a home in Regina. Ratliff pleaded guilty to murder this week after pleading not guilty in January. The commonwealth's attorney is recommending a 20-year prison term when Ratliff is sentenced August 24th.
