Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies Continue Search
WEST VIRGINIA....
The search for 29 year old John Reed II is now in its second week. Kanawha County Sheriff's deputies say they've had reports that he has been seen in Clendenin in Kanawha County and Ona in Cabell County. Authorities say, on July 27th, Reed met his ex-wife, Melissa Taylor, on Maywood Avenue in Clendenin and stabbed her several times in front of her seven year old daughter. Taylor was treated at Charleston Area Medical Center. The vehicle Reed allegedly stole from Taylor was found in Ona. Reed, who has a teardrop tattoo under his left eye, is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about his location is asked to contact the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department at 304-357-0169.
