Indicted School Board Member Refiles For Seat
KENTUCKY...
A former Breathitt County school board member indicted on thirty counts of criminal charges is filing for office again. Kelly Noble Junior filed for office Tuesday, just a few months after he was indicted on criminal charges.
Noble was charged with one count official misconduct, one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and 28 counts of second-degree forgery. The Breathitt County School Board removed him from his office in April.
Noble originally refused to resign when first asked by the Kentucky Department of Education.
