Fatal Accident In Perry County
KENTUCKY...
On Friday, August 13, 2010, at approximately 1:20pm, Kentucky State Police in Hazard received a call advising that a car had been found over an embankment in the Dwarf community of Perry County.
The caller advised that he and another man had come to this location to
work on some equipment at around 1:00 pm, and discovered the car. After
approaching the car, the men located a body inside. Police, EMS, and
Dwarf/Fisty rescue squad responded to the scene, along with the Perry
County Coroners Office. The victim inside the car, 27 year old Shawghn
C. Morgan, of Dwarf, was pronounced deceased at 2:00pm by Deputy Coroner
Jimmy Maggard. The exact date and time of this collision is still
unknown, and remains under investigation by Trooper Billy Pollard of
Kentucky State Police Post 13 in Hazard.
