Woman Allegedly Shoots Husband
WEST VIRGINIA....
Fifty-six year old Debra Dawn Tagnesi of South Charleston was arrested last week and charged with a felony count of malicious wounding. South Charleston Police say, when they arrived at 403 Mount Shadow Road, they found Joe Tagnesi lying in the yard outside his home with a gunshot wound to the arm. Tagnesi told police his wife had shot him with a .38 caliber handgun. He was taken to Charleston Area Medical Center General Hospital. Debra Tagnesi was placed on a $10,000 bond.
