Former Nursing Assistant Charged

As the result of an investigation conducted by the Attorney General's Office of Medicaid Fraud and Abuse Control, 27 year old Lynwood C. Bauer of Middlesboro, a former nursing assistant at Britthaven Nursing Home in Pineville,has been charged with one count of reckless abuse of an adult.
