Perry County Man Charged With Murder
Forty-nine year old Eugene Bradley Barger was arrested Monday (today) and lodged in the Kentucky River Regional Jail in Hazard after being charged with one count of murder. Kentucky State Police say he fatally shot his brother, 45 year old Richard Earl Barger, while the two were engaged in an argument.
