Danville Woman Arrested Following Kidnapping Report
Responding to a call just before 11:40 P.M. Monday night regarding a possible kidnapping, Danville Police went to the home of Leslie McPherson on West Walnut Street. Officers say, when they arrived, they discovered McPherson heavily intoxicated, along with Jane Turk and James White who were in McPherson's home also heavily intoxicated. McPherson's underage child was placed in the custody of social services. While attempting to place McPherson under arrest, she tried to flee.
