Prosecutors Seek Psychological Exam In Pitino Case
Prosecutors in the extortion case against University of Louisville men's basketball coach Rick Pitino are asking for a psychological exam for Karen Sypher. A status conference which was set for Friday was stricken from the docket by U.S. District Judge Charles Simpson who has declared the case complex, exempting it from speedy trial provisions.
