Morehead Police Investigate Murder
Kentucky State Police in Morehead are investigating the death of 39 year old Elson Banks of Upper Gilmore Road as a murder case. His brother, who lives nearby, found his body around 9:55 Tuesday morning. Police say he had been shot multiple times.
