Rutherford Appointed To Juvenile Advisory Board
Pike County Judge-executive Wayne Rutherford was recently appointed to the Kentucky Juvenile Justice Advisory Board.
The Board was created in 1997, and, plays a role in reforming Kentucky's Juvenile Justice System, with a focus on preventing juvenile crime and delinquency. Rutherford has been active in juvenile matters for many years.
