Police Investigate Death Of Mingo County Man
West Virginia State Police say a drug overdose, not a train, may be to blame for the death of 36 year old Roger Darrell Smith whose body was found Sunday afternoon on the railroad tracks in Wharncliffe of Mingo County. Police requested the tracks be shut down as they surveyed the area and found drug paraphernalia near the body.
