No Charges Expected In Fiery Fatal Accident
Investigators have ruled the Feburary deaths of 21 year old Dustin Rodriguez,21 year old Anthony Patrick and 19 year old Daniel Pennington as accidental. The young men were killed in a fiery accident which occured on Route 460 in Johnson County, between Paintsville and Staffordsville, when their pickup collided with a Pepsi truck driven by Ricky Brown of River, Ky. causing the pickup to catch fire. No charges are expected.
