Phelps Boy Struck By Vehicle
A nine year old Pike County boy was seriously injured Thursday evening while attempting to walk across a highway at an intersection. The child was accidentally struck by a vehicle. The mishap occurred at Phelps. The juvenile was transported by helicopter to a hospital.
