Two Mingo County Residents Sentenced On Drug Charges.
Two Mingo County residents were sentenced earlier this week in Mingo County Circuit Court on drug charges.
37 year-old Bill Lockard and 34 year-old Kim Johnson both of Wharncliffe were sentenced to one to five years and fined $ 1,000. The defendants admitted that they conspird to distribute Morphine.
