Search Continues For Pike County Teen

Volunteer fire departments and search and rescue teams have spent several hours combing the waters and banks of the Big Sandy River. Late last week police found the hat of 19-year old Joshua Tessmer on the bank of the Levisa Fork near his home in the Green Meadows area.

Authorities found where he had fallen along the edge of the water, but, there were no tracks coming back out. The say, if he got into the swift part of the river, his body could be a good distance away.
