Largest Power Outage In Kentucky's History
What was thought to be the second largest power outage in the state of Kentucky, became the largest in the state's history, when 607,000 homes and businesses were reported without power as of mid-morning Thursday.
The count doesn't include municipal utilities, or, rural electric cooperatives within the Tennessee Valley Authority system.
