Federal Prisoner Dies In Martin County
The Big Sandy Federal Prison in Martin County was put on lockdown after an incident Wednesday afternoon between 35-year old Vincent Smith and another inmate.
Smith, who was serving a life sentence for a murder in Washington, DC, was taken to a hospital where he later died.
