Eastern Kentucky Man Suffers Fatal Heart Attack While Driving Vehicle.
An eastern Kentucky man is dead after authorities believe Harlan T. Davis suffered a heart attack while traveling on a gravel strip job access road. The press release said Davis' vehicle went into a ditch. The Elkhorn Ambulance Service and the Millard East Shelbiana VFD responded.
