Pikeville Man Pleads Guilty To Selling Oxycontin.
Richard Starghill of Pikeville pleaded guilty in Pike County Circuit Court to one count of trafficking in Oxycontin. The commonwealth attorney recommended the 28 year old serve five years in prison.
