West Virginia First Lady Hit While Biking
First Lady Gayle Manchin received a few bruises after being struck by a car Sunday morning during a pre-church bike ride. Governor Joe Manchin was present when his wife was hit.
She was hit by a vehicle pulling onto Charleston's Kanawha Boulevard near the Capitol. No arrests or citations were issued.
