Spill Closed A Portion of U.S. 23 In Pike County.
A one mile stretch of U.S 23 on the South Mayo Trail was closed for approximately 30 minutes Tuesday afternoon after hydraulic fluid leaked from a truck. The fluid poured onto the highway from Long John Silvers to the Island Creek Bridge.
