Private Acres Opened To Elk Hunting
Just as elk season is about to begin, CONSOL Energy and the Kentucky Department of Fiish and Wildlife has reached an agreement to allow public hunint on 5,000 acres of land owned by COSOL in Knott and Floyd Counties.
The land, off Highway 550 near Mousie, is expected to open by October 4.
