It is official Mingo County will receive $ 1 million dollars in funding from the state for the construction of a dirt race track in Mingo County.
Kelly Goes , executive director from the WV Development Office signed the agreement.
The funding will be used to build infrastructure at the Twins Branch Complex.
The project will go out for bid on Oct 1st. A groundbreaking ceremony will take place on Nov 1.
