Eastern Kentucky City Scrambling To Stay Afloat

Ramona Barder, Raceland City Clerk, has had her resignation accepted after being involved in the city's federal tax shortfall.

The IRS recently seized nearly $1,000,000 in city funds. The city has cut some services and officials say they're scrambling to stay financially afloat.
