Billy Crisp In Custody
A Pike County man suspected of killing his brother in law over 30 years ago is in custody.
59 year-old Billy Crisp of Johns Creek was arrested Thursday afternoon without incident at around 5:35 p.m as he walked into the Kentucky State Police Post # 9 in Pikeville and turned himself in.
Crisp was booked in the Pike County Detention Center at 6 p.m.
Crisp is accused of killing Woodrow Perroud at a rest stop in Ohio in 1975.
