Alleged Burglars Headed To Grand Jury
20-year old Christopher McPeek, 22-year old Jordan Holbrook and 22-year old Thomas Bartley appeared in court Thursday in Pikeville.They pleaded "not guilty" to a list of charges.
Police say not only did they rob the Virgie Middle School, but, they're believed to be responsible for a string of robberies in the Virgid area, ranging from the school to pharmacies.
Although no one was hurt, police say residents were scared as burglaries increased. The case has been sent to the grand jury and bond was set at $10,000 each or home incarceration.
