WVSP Trooper Assigned To Mingo County.
Mingo County has been assigned another state trooper. Les Boytek a five year veteran of the WVSP has been assigned to the Gilbert Detatchment. Boytek comes from Lincoln County. Eight troopers are now working in Mingo County.
