Three People Busted For Drugs. One Of The Accused Faces Three Strikes Policy.
Deputies from the Mingo County Sheriffs Department made three drug arrests late last week in the Taylorsville area.
Earnest Dale Hinkle, Rachel Hinkle and Bubby Hurley are all accused of pushing hydrocodone.
Earnest Hinkle was on parole for a previous drug related conviction. If convicted Hinkle could face life in prison on the three strikes you're out policy.
