Pike County State Trooper Named Trooper of the Year
Detective Eddie Crum of Kentucky State Police Post # 9 in Pikeville was named 2007 KSP Trooper of the Year. The ceremony was held in Frankfort.
Crum is an 18 year veteran of the KSP.
Thirty nine other troopers and four private citizens were also recognized.
